This old Oak chest of drawers was brought to me in a very sad state.
Minus one leg...	...and with the top badly distorted the side trims had split apart.
The whole piece was in need of a good clean and refurbishment. I refited the missing leg, dismantled and reglued the top boards together again. Then made and fitted new trims to the top colouring to match existing wood finish. New drawer runners were made and fitted to replace the worn and damaged parts and new back boards were made as original and pined into place to stabalize the carcass.
The whole chest was then cleaned and polished to achieve the end result as seen here.
